Greengate Medical Centre’s GP’s have their own patient lists. It is advisable for you to be seen by the Doctor with whom you are registered with if at all possible for continuity of care, especially for routine appointments. This is to ensure that the GP with whom you consult is familiar with your medical history, and is responsible for your overall care at the Practice.

You can request to change your registered GP, however, this will depend on availability on your chosen Doctors list size.
